The Men's Program consists of 2 full squads that compete in the North Division in the Marshall League of Rugby Ontario. There is an additional 3rd team that we will be running this year.

  • When are the practices?
    Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursday evenings at the Jim Hamilton field in the Barrie Community Sports Complex, from 6pm - 8pm
  • When are the Games?
    Games are held on Saturdays, both Home and Away. Game times are as follows; Men's 1st - 3:30pm Men's 2nd - 2:00pm Men's 3rds (if appl.) - 12:30pm
  • How long is the season?
    The season runs from May 1 to August Playoffs begin in August Cup/Championships begin in September and run through until the end of October
  • What makes up my fees? Where does my money go?
    The following is a breakdown of the registration cost, and what all of it is allocated to; Rugby Canada Rugby Ontario Barrie [Includes Insurance, Equipment, Field Rentals, Referees, Athletic Therapists, RDO, League Fees, Social Fund]
  • What is your refund policy?
    Further to the Rugby Canada Policy, Rugby Ontario has the following policies: Refund 1. Refunds must be formally requested by the Registrant or on behalf of the Registrant by a parent or guardian through the National registration system. 2. Refunds must be requested in the same year as the registration season. 3. Refunds will be automatically approved if the request for refund is submitted within 15 days of purchase and the Registrant has not participated in any rugby related activities during the 15 day period. 4. Refunds requested past the 15 day period will be reviewed by all Organizations and processed individually by each party (i.e. National body, Provincial body and Club). If approved, each Organization is responsible for the refund of their portion of the registration fees. 5. All refund inquiries should be directed to memberservices@rugbyontario.com. Transaction Fee 6. Only the registration fees paid by the Registrant will be refunded. Transaction and/or service fees are not eligible for refund. Eligibility 7. Once a Registrant participates in a rugby related activity, the Registrant is not entitled to a refund by Rugby Ontario. Further to the Rugby Canada & Rugby Ontario Policy above, Barrie Rugby has the following policies: 1. A refund may be requested within 15 days of original purchase if no games or practices have been played within that 15-day timeframe. 2. Refunds will not be provided in any other circumstances.
